Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Yaha AI Platforms Private Limited ("Yaha") for use of Yaha AI Gateway and related services (the "Services"), including our website, console at app.yahagateway.io, and API gateway at gateway.yahagateway.io.

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Organization administrators are responsible for their members' compliance with these Terms.

Yaha routes requests to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic). AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing them before use or sharing with others.

Your use of third-party AI providers is also subject to their terms and policies. We do not guarantee provider availability, pricing, or performance.

Usage is billed from your prepaid wallet balance. LLM/token costs for platform-hosted keys are always charged. Usage platform fees (gateway request and feature fees) may be waived for an introductory period: new Free signups receive a 14-day Pro trial with platform fees waived, then move to Free; first-time Starter or Pro subscribers receive 14 days of waived usage platform fees while the monthly subscription still applies. After those windows, standard fees apply.

B2C accounts may subscribe to monthly plans or refill their wallet through Razorpay; team and enterprise accounts receive wallet credits after onboarding. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Each plan includes rate limits and quotas shown on our pricing page and in the console. We may suspend access if payment fails or your balance is insufficient.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Yaha a license to host and process it as needed to operate the Services. Yaha retains all rights in the platform itself.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. When you use the API gateway for your end users, you are typically the data controller and must obtain any required consents.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose a security risk. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaha's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them by changing the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
